What is SkinAI?
SkinAI scans your selfie and estimates your "skin age" and skin metrics (radiance, pores, fine lines, even tone, hydration), then suggests a personalized routine. Basic scanning happens on your device. If you choose AI Deep Report, a resized scan photo is uploaded for cloud AI processing.

How accurate is it?
SkinAI gives estimates for cosmetic and informational purposes only. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose any condition.
Are my photos uploaded?
Basic scan processing happens on your iPhone. If you choose AI Deep Report, SkinAI uploads a resized, compressed version of your scan photo to our backend and AI service providers, which may process data on servers in the United States and other countries. We use it only to generate your cosmetic report.
How do I get the best result?
Use good lighting, no makeup, and look straight at the camera.
What does SkinAI Pro include?
Your full skin report (all metrics), a personalized routine, and weekly progress tracking.
How do I restore my subscription?
Open the paywall and tap "Restore Purchases".
How do I cancel my subscription?
On your iPhone: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → SkinAI → Cancel. Your access continues until the end of the current period.
I was charged but Pro isn't active.
Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used to purchase, then tap "Restore Purchases". Still stuck? Email us.
